TV inputs not keeping on Hisense TV

A couple of weeks ago, my Hisense roku TV started asking me to set the live TV input every time I turned on the TV. My options are antenna, cable, antenna and cable or do it later. I don't use either of these. I stream only. If I click do it later, and I go to the home screen, then go to settings and TV inputs, and I then get an option for streaming only. When I select streaming only it doesn't save after the TV is turned off and I get asked the same question every time I turn on the TV. I've had this TV for 2 years and this only started a couple of weeks ago. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, RiverSong715.

In this case, we would be more than willing to request additional reinforcement from the appropriate Roku team for further review. We would gather all of the information needed to figure out the root cause of it so we can provide you with an accurate resolution.

Kindly provide us with the following details:

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)

Once we have updates and further information from the team, rest assured that we will update this thread. In the meantime, we appreciate you for bringing this to our attention. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated as well.

    Thanks,
    Carly
