TV Episodes Playing Out of Order on Kocowa!

I was afraid this was going to happen. There are some channels where the episodes are not only listed out of order, but are played out of order, as well. This is pretty insane, but even more so, when it goes from #1 to #13!!  It's bad enough when it's just two consecutive episodes, but 11 plays before 10, but to jump that far ahead?

This has happened on several channels, but more recently on the Korea TV channel Kocowa.
So I first contacted them, explaining what's going on, (see attached message), for I knew if I posted it here first, I'd be told to contact the channel. Well, they responded, telling me:

"I'd like to help you out, but if you have any technical issue with Roku Streaming Channel, please try to directly contact Roku in the following link, as we do not have management over the services offered through the Streaming Channel:"

So, the game of Hot Potato begins. Who's issue is this, really? Is it the channel, their listing, and their playing episodes out of order, or Roku?  Intuitively, I would think it's the company broadcasting the show, and supplying the schedule information, Kocowa. However, since I've read many others complaining about the schedule in the Guide being all screwed up, maybe it's on Roku.  Are there any techno-savvy people here, that might let me know why this might be happening, and what, if anything, can be done to correct it?

Hi,
I've noticed on a few shows (watching via Roku TV) that the order of episodes is backwards. Like today, "The Penthouse 3" played S3: E14, and now is playing S3: E13... This definitely takes all mystery out of watching, as I already know what is going to happen. This also occurs on a show about Korean resistance fighters fighting back Japanese occupiers, the title of the show I can't remember.. It's an excellent show, but two episodes kept being shown, the first one showing an attack during a reception, followed by the previous episode, showing them preparing for the attack.

I don't know why this error isn't detected and fixed, as it keeps on showing the same two episodes, in the wrong order. It would be nice to fix this issue, so we can see episodes consecutively, Thank you...

    What specific channels are you experiencing this issue, and can you provide examples of content you are seeing this issue occur with?

    For more information about Kocowa's content and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

      RokuDanny-R Did you not read my post?  All the questions you asked are addressed in it, including Kocowa's response to my inquiry as to who has control over the airing listings & order. They say it's you, and you say it's them, and so we're left with no way to solve this situation.

    As previously inquired, can you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing? Are you referring to content on the Kocowa+ channel directly or Kocowa on The Roku Channel? Please be aware that there is a distinction between the two and will better clarification we will be able to better investigate the issue.

    In addition, what are the exact steps to reproduce the issue? Can you provide the steps to how you are accessing/watching the specific content you are seeing the issue with?

    With more clear and descriptive information, we will be able to investigate the issue further.

      RokuDanny-R   I'm accessing Kocowa via the Roku Channel/Roku Live. And you can easily see how most every show is out of order, just by looking at the schedule in the Channel Guide, the episodes are all over the place, sometimes it's just say #13 coming after #14, but sometimes it'll b #15 followed by #1, then #8, etc.  This has been true for weeks, so  i can't understand why either Roku or Kocowa has caught on, and fixed this mess.

      That's not the only channel that has this issue, but I hadn't noted which others do this, too. 
      And on a side note, I wonder why some channels broadcast only the same two episodes of various shows, and do so for many months, what's the point of showing a series, but only playing the first two episodes and never showing any more? I'll write down which channels do this, and add it to this thread, next time I get on the TV.
