What specific channels are you experiencing this issue, and can you provide examples of content you are seeing this issue occur with?
For more information about Kocowa's content and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

RokuDanny-R Did you not read my post? All the questions you asked are addressed in it, including Kocowa's response to my inquiry as to who has control over the airing listings & order. They say it's you, and you say it's them, and so we're left with no way to solve this situation.
