Turn off Screen reader

How do you turn off the voice that tells you everything that is happening in a show? It is NOT the screen reader! That is off! This voice tells me what is going on with in the show like: guy walks into room picks up coffee cup an sips coffee, then turns to window.... ect I am not sure how this got turned on but I cannot figure out how to get it to stop. I have not had this problem until about a week ago, i turned on the tv an almost dropped the remote I grabbed it to keep from it falling an after that it started telling me everything in the shows. I figure i hit a sequence of buttons on the remote that turned this feature on an I cannot figure how to get it to stop! PLEASE HELP IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY !!

    I think you can also double click the * button to turn it on or off.

    While the video is playing, press the * button on your remote and go to Accessibility & language.  Look for Audio track and see if you can change it to something else.  Some apps have a way to change the audio track before you start playing a video.
