Times out after Pause and goes back to Home Screen

My brand-new Roku Ultra times out when I pause the program, and when I press PLAY, it sends me back to the Home Screen instead of back to my program. I have disabled the Bandwith Saver. So I re-insta...

    How long are you pausing the video?  If the screen is blank or showing any kind of screensaver do not press Play!  Try pressing any other button like Back or the down arrow until you see your paused video and then press Play.

    Yes!  thank you so much for jumping in.  I have tried that - not pressing play but different buttons.  It doesn't work, I still go back to the Home Screen, not the program I paused.  But with my old 2012 Roku that I am using now because I am returning the Ultra, that never happens!
