What Roku model device are you using?
32" TCL ROKU TV
Roku TV: 8102X
TCL Model: 32S301
Serial Number: YK00NK089515
Everything except putting the TV in the garage!What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?

-Restart, Reset, Reboot, Reupdate,
RE-everything, unplugging, plugging into wall socket, bleeding the power and rebooting, installing update via USB.... AND MANY MORE WITH NO SOLUTION!!!
NUMEROUS AND MULTIPLE TIMES!
THE ERROR MESSAGE IS CONSTANTLY POPPING UP ON THE BOTTOM THIRD OF THE TV WHICH MAKES RESETTING AN EXHAUSTIVE AND TIME CONSUMING PROCESS.
THE SUPPORT WEBSITES ARE FULL OF PEOPLE EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM AND NO SOLUTION.
THIS IS MY LAST ROKU UNLESS YOU GUYS CAN ELIMINATE THIS ANNOYING AND PERSISTENT ERROR MESSAGE!!!

This may be linked to the USB port having an issue. (even if you never used it, except apparently to update it via USB). Inspect the USB port with flashlight or take a picture with your phone so you can zoom in and see if you have a bent or crossed pin or possibly debris. Use a Q-tip or plug in a USB flash/thumb drive and see if that helps.
