    We understand you're unable to change the wallpaper on your Roku. We're happy to assist you further. Please try the following steps below:.

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System Restart.

    If the problem still exists, please check out this support article here on how to change the screensaver on your Roku streaming device.

    Hi, John.

    I have Roku Ultra, Version 13.

    Have been unable to change my screensaver. 

    The POWER SAVE is UNCLICKED. 

     

    I have restarted ROKU three times and the situation still exists.

    Please help.
