My screen is blue it showing that the TV is on, but when using the mobile remote, it’s not
waking up the TV when I use the physical remote it turns it on and off you hear it talking and clicking, but the screen is just blue. What do I do

It looks like you're having trouble with your TV showing a blue screen.
If you haven’t tried this yet, unplug your TV from power for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. After that, turn it on and check if the issue is resolved.
