Television saying not connected
Hi, my Roku tv has been saying not connected since yesterday. We have restarted the router, did a hard reset on the tv and nothing has helped. Can someone please help?

What happens when you try to connect to a Wi-Fi network from Settings->Network->Set up connection? Does it show any networks? Do you get any error messages or codes when you try to connect? Does the MAC address that's displayed under Settings->Network->About show all zeros?
