Thanks for the post.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more, specifically in that order.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.
Thanks,
Danny

I have done all of those things in that order, and it still didn't work unfortunately. I've even factory reset the Tv and still nothing. What more can I do?

Thanks for the follow up.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeingOnce we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.
Thanks,
Danny

I had noticed for a while that my tv would always be off. Now it's gotten to the point that some of the channels won't stay on longer than a minute. I called Hisense and they said for me to get in touch with you guys. Any suggestion would be grateful.

I see that the issue of the Roku channel not playing on Roku TVs has been recurring for several years. My Roku channel stopped working a few months ago on my TCL Roku TV. All other streaming channels and satellite TV channels are working, but not the Roku channel. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling following the exact steps outlined in your instructions. What else can I do? Is the issue actually specific to individual TVs, or is this a Roku system issue, as postings with this problem on several makes of TVs have been posted since at least 2022? Your help is appreciated.
