TCL Roku TV HomeKit says it can't connect

When I go to the Airplay and HomeKit setup on the TV and try to pair it, it doesn't work and it says on the Home App, "Couldn't add Roku TV 8XXXX" "Home couldn't connect to this accessory." I am runn...

Sorry I pushed it off until the next day, Serial Number is YK00F8050388, Device ID is NPN16F050388, and Tracker (Issue) ID is 88-087-532.

    I got it working on a newer iPhone using iOS 15. Thanks for trying to help me.
