Tcl Roku tv 65 inch black screen

My tcl roku tv has the black screen.  I can shine a light at screen and can see the menu, icons, etc.  I unplugged tv to no avail and reset tv with no luck.  Backlight is shot?  Is there any hope? Roku what can be done?  I looked at my roku acct and tv was added in 2020, so its about 4 ½ years old.

    Have you tried reaching out to TCL customer support and inquiring further about the issue? The Roku TV manufacturer provides support with its TVs. This issue can be addressed by inquiring further and letting them know about your experience.
