Roku Devices linked to the account
I'm seeing all four of my Roku devices on the Roku website but only two devices show under “Account > Devices in account” in the Roku app, while all four appear under “Devices” of the app. In the "devices" section, under the device settings of one of the devices which won't link to my account. When I select edit device details, I get a message to sign into the Roku device with my Roku account but it doesn't authenticate,. It just loops back.
Since Alexa uses the linked Roku account to discover devices via the Roku skill, any devices that aren’t linked under the account’s “official” cloud registration won’t appear. So as a result, I can't control the Roku's with my home automation system.
I've tried everything I could think of to no avail. Please let me know if anyone knows how to resolve this issue.
