TCL Roku City Stroll Movie Magic not updating

Recently, one of my TCL Roku TVs updated City Stroll Movie Magic to version 5.3.1 (March 28, 2024 is the build date) and when I checked the other one, it is still at 4.12.2 (Dec 26, 2023). I have checked for updates numerous times, restarted, changed screensavers but it isn’t updating. Is there a solution to this? Forgive me if one is posted already I didn’t see one when going through the topics. Thank you in advance.
