My TCL Roku tv went to a blue screen with no sound today - tried turning off then back on and tried unplugging then plugging back in after a few min.- Everything I am seeing says to power theu the settings but…. Blue screen - can’t do
If unplugging the power for a few minutes didn't work, try the reset button which may be hard to find, but it should be there on the back somewhere. If that doesn't work, try a factory reset by holding in the reset button for 30 seconds with the power connected.
Ok - did the reset - original screen came Up then went blue again.
