    Additional info. If I disconnect the network the channels come back.  UHF Frequency 4925 Mhz channel 18.

      Try changing the ZIP Code under Settings->System to one nearby.  My theory is that the guide that gets downloaded is missing channels, so they get removed, but I have no way to prove it.
