Stuck on the Roku screen and cannot get the DirecTV cable

I’m stuck in Roku on Roku TV and don’t know how to return to DirecTV. Roku 4K TV is new, 1st time user, and using Roku remote, DirecTV remote for cable but it is dead when on Roku mode. It worked when Tech installed yesterday but he was in a hurry and I accidentally got onto Roku and I’m stuck.

    Welcome Mscbilly​ 

    We noticed that you're having an issue accessing DirecTV to access your cable channels.  

    Could you share which HDMI port the cable box is connected to? You can try changing the input of the TV to access DirecTV. Please follow these steps:

    1. Turn off both your Roku TV and your cable/satellite box.
    2. Plug one end of an HDMI cable into the cable/satellite box.
    3. Plug the other end into an open HDMI port on the back of your Roku TV.
    4. Turn both devices back on.
    5. Using your Roku remote, go to the Home > select the Input that matches the one you used (for example, HDMI 1 or HDMI 2).
