I am also having the same issue as above. I’ve checked the remote using my camera and I can see the IR light in the remote when I press a button. I’ve also made sure that the device is in clear sight. Mine is a Roku Express fresh out of the box. I have also done everything to reset it. Any help? Model number: 3930X serial number: S00830DED2SS

Same issue here. Serial number: C13952851005. I'm not sure what model number it is but I thought that it was the most recent version. It used to work fine behind the television so it must work with wifi.It stopped yesterday and I got the bouncing roku. I reset it and now it's stuck on Let's Get Started. The remote control just flashes. The Roku was purchased either directly from Roku or from Best Buy.

I'm having the same exact issues. I have my other tv outside ready to throw away!! I can't get off the language screen. I used 2 different remotes and my phone remote

Did you try pushing the little reset button on the back of the little black box that goes between the power and the TV? That's what I had to do even though it is not described anywhere that I could see. Good luck!

I'm having a similar issue. I was having trouble connecting to the wiband internet in my building so i went into advanced settings and did a factory reset. Instead of deleting all the log in info, which wasn't working anyway, it only gives me the language selection menu and the list of available networks, none of which work. I cant reset log in information or go into advanced settings. Just a circular of languages and netwrks. I tried hitting the home button five times but that does nothing.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? Are you able to connect to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot?

It is Dec 2022 and I am surprised that there isn't an answer here, yet. I am stuck on the bouncing startup screen and I wonder if it is because I have a very old tv. I can't get the remote to communicate yes to the English. Batteries are good and all included wiring was used. I have a Roku Express 4K+ SKU3941R with a Sony TV.
It doesn't seem like the remote is pairing. I press the reset button and it blinks green for a bit, then rapidly blinks and then stops. The streaming player blinks in sets of 2. I will try to set up an account and see if that helps.

My black 4K stick is stuck on that screen, too - I did a factory reset by hitting the home button 5 times, hit up arrow once, hit rewind twice and hit fast forward twice - brought me to bouncing roku & then Let’s Get Started page - hit the right arrow & internet selection appears & the internet signal is excellent - then can go to login page, enter pw, hit connect… and no connection! Reset router yadayadayada - right back to Lets Get Started …

I got it working after being in a stuck loop. "Lets Get Started"
It turns out they don't provide you with an adaptor for USB. I used one from a phone and I just looped and looped.
When I plugged the USB into the television USB port it all worked.
I think the ROKU needs lots of current that the phone adaptor cannot provide.

I just bought a TCL 75R635 Roku TV from BestBuy, However its stuck on the Let's get started page. The remote doesn't work at all. I have also tried by reset however, nothing works. When I press the reset button long, TV enters into a recovery mode but I not action from the remote what so every. Details of the devices are below:

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
