Still no sleep timer? Dont tell me to just reset it

Question

I have tried settings, system,*, and no way to set sleep timer. It only says "show store marketing messages" in store settings; I even tried factory resetting audio/picture....nada.

Has this really been a problem for all of these years that Roku hasn't bothered to fix?

Sounds like it's been on MULTIPLE brands of tvs..I have TCL and have sworn by roku, but doesn't make sense that some of my roku tl's have a sleep timer but some don't. PLEASE ASSIST PROPERLY, OR ROKU WILL NEVER BE BOUGHT OR RECCOMENDED AGAIN AS THIS IS ABSURD!

You may have to factory reset your TV.&nbsp; It seems like it could be in store/demo mode.&nbsp; Some TVs have a setting to turn it off and on and others you have to factory reset to get out of that mode.How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device? | Official Roku Support
