Sharp Roku Tv 55 inches is too quiet

I have my Xbox connected to it and I sometimes go on Spotify to listen to music or on Netflix to watch a movie and I recently started noticing that it’s too quiet no matter what I do, this barely started happening recently like a day or two ago but when I got it it was fine, any solution to this problem?
