- Are there any error messages prompted on your screen?
- Is this the first time you are having this issue?
- Also, have you successfully connected your other Roku players to your Wi-Fi?

No, my network connection is fine. I’m just having issues when I open an app and it wants to link me to my tv provider. I type in the site/roku and it gives me a code. I enter the code and it directs me to sign in with my tv provider. When I attempt to sign in, it gives me an error. I know Verizon updated their site so I’m not sure if that’s the issue. Roku won’t direct me to Verizon’s updated sign-in page.

Could you please specify which app and Roku player you are having this issue with? In addition, when did you first observe this from happening? If you could send us photos of the error messages prompted, it would be a big help for reference.
