RTE Player when in Ireland

I've recently Setup a Roku stick on a TV in Ireland. It will not let me add the RTE Player App. Nothing comes up when I search for RTE in the app search. Using a Starlink internet connection and IP shows up as a Dublin IP address so don't know why its getting blocked. Any ideas what I can do to get RTE player loaded?

      Is there some kind of geofencing going on? I'd like to install the RTE player on my roku, but the install nutton is just grayed out.

        I had similar issue. It turned out to be because I had registered the Roku when in the UK. Once registered it’s not clever enough to think about where it is in the world it just always applies the rules of where it was registered. 
        I worked around it by factory reset of Roku and registering to a different email account. That then gives you the option of making the stick know it is in Ireland and then you can add the RTE app.
