Roku won’t connect to the internet

  Could you please try to reset the network on the streaming device?
  
  Here's how:
  
  Press the Home button on the Roku remote
  
  Scroll and select Settings
  
  Select Advanced System settings
  
  Select Network connection reset
  
  Select Reset connection

    I have tried resetting the network multiple times. My Roku device stopped connecting to the Internet a day ago. In all other respects device seems to be working fine. It recognizes the various Internet networks available to it and shows a very strong signal strength. I have tried connecting both to my guest network, to which it had been connected, and to my main network, and then both cases refuses to connect
