I have tried everything I can not get my roku to connect to my Hotspot on any phone or tablet. It will scan and say no networks found. I use my Hotspot and it works on everything else.

Yes it's all 0's
Jimkellycoles, that's a hardware failure. TCL TVs seem to be prone to them. You'll have to contact them.

If you find that you are out of warranty, you can purchase a new wifi module for your RokuTV on ebay for under $10. (wifi module (NIC), or bad grounding of the wifi module is the normal culprit). One phillips head screw and should be back in business.
I think the C127x is the TCL 43s421. You should find the exact model number and then search Ebay but here is the link to the module I believe should work. (tcl c127x 43s421 wifi module). Of course, should disassemble (remove back cover of TV) and check the existing part to make sure it matches.
