Roku Ultra Remote Never stops charging
I have a brand-new Ultra Remote and have had it plugged into a USB port on my PC but the charging lite never goes out. Any thoughts?

We appreciate you reaching out for support. We'd be happy to suggest some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve this.
Reboot your remote
- If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
- If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds.
When the status light stops flashing your rechargeable voice remote has successfully rebooted.
