Roku Ultra 2024 has sound but no video
I'm getting no video on my brand new Roku Ultra 2024. I get audio OK but no video. This is particularly irritating because I'm trying to watch baseball games with my MLB package.

(2) No.
(3) It was.
(4) I checked my wifi/internet connection and that was excellent. Ultimately, I did a system reset - I think that's what it's called - and that did the trick.
