Roku TV turning on randomly

I bought a 49" Roku TV (Roku - 50" Class Select Series 4K Smart RokuTV) for my mother-in-law.  Overall she is happy with it with one exception.  It randomly turns itself on throughout the day and night.

I have searched for similar issues on this forum.  There was only one post that matched.  It was never solved and the OP decided to just return the TV.  I would do the same except I am out of the 30 day limit to do that. 

The TV is about 2 month old.  It is still within warranty.  I have a support ticket in of which they asked me to make some setting changes which I hope to do today.  My experience and gut tell me this will not solve the issue.

My question here - Has anyone seen this before?  Does anyone here have a solution?  How does warranty work if they cannot get this issue fixed?
