Roku TV Turn Off On Its Own

Hey Roku. Since this new update my tv keeps turning off by itself   It’s would be at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours is the time range. So sick of this. Can’t watch tv. It don’t matter what app it does the same if I’m using Freevee or the Roku media player app. Fix it

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thanks for letting us know about this issue that you had with the Roku TV since it turns off by itself. We're happy to help.

Please ensure that the sleep timer is turned off by following the steps below:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Select Time.
    5. Turn off the Sleep timer.

We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.

    Thanks,
    John

What if I don't have a "sleep timer" option in the system settings? I also can't find anything that says "power saving" either. I also would like my Roku to stop turning off

Breezyflavor, do you have a Roku TV or a Roku device connected to a TV?  You're in the "Roku TV" section, so what you see hear will often only apply to Roku TVs (actual TVs).
