Roku TV the screen will suddenly go black when streaming multiple channels

Sorry that's not our problem our screen is a dark blue like and on the side's of the screen you can see light on the sides.what happen was we was watching the football game and boom the picture froze and no matter what we tried it stayed the same and then it fade away and then no picture at all except for the dark blue screen and infact we unplugged it for 48 hrs and it stayed the same and we still have sound
