Roku TV (Select Series 4K) won't move past bouncing "Roku" letters

After working perfectly fine for weeks, my Roku TV (Select Series 4K 50'') won't move past the initial screen with bouncing letters. The remote control doesn't do anything, either. I've turned it off and on, I've held down the reset button in the back. Not sure what else there is to do. Thanks for any ideas.

    Have you unplugged the power for several minutes or overnight?  When you hold in the reset button with the power connected and the TV on make sure you hold it in for a good 30 seconds.
