    We're sorry to hear about this overheating issue you had with TCL Roku TV. We advise getting in touch with TCL as your TV manufacturer since they provide direct support with their TV models, and this issue is most likely due to the TV's hardware itself. Thus, contacting them is the best option for this course.

    Please be informed that Roku-partnered TVs like TCL, Hisense, ONN, etc. are being manufactured directly from them as we only support its running software interface. 

    If you're encountering an issue with your Roku TV, start by contacting your Roku TV manufacturer. Each TV manufacturer provides direct support for their TV models.
