Roku tv has mute volume icon flashing on screen
I can’t power off my Roku tv. The mute volume icon flashes continuously in top right of screen, controls don’t work properly and when can finally get show on, sound cuts in and out as it flashes

It sounds like the button on your remote is stuck. Try flicking it a few times. If you take the batteries out of the remote does it stop?
