Roku tv 43” screen glitching/ happens every second

My 43” TCL Roku tv screen is glitching out it started a couple days ago. I don’t even know how to describe it. I do have a video of it. So if someone can please please help that would be amazing

    Welcome, and thank you for your post!
     
    We understand that you're having issues with your Roku TV. We would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps below:
     
    1. Power-cycle your Roku TV: unplug it from the wall power outlet and plug it back in.
    2. Restart your Roku TV, Go to Settings > System > Power (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System Restart.
    3. Last resort, factory reset: Go to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset.
    This should fix the problem you're having, but if it doesn't, please respond so we can help you.

      Did all of that, nothing worked for it. It’s the tv it’s self
