Roku turns off at 8:23 AM and 8@# PM

Every day at 8:23 AM and 8:23 PM my Roku goes off and I have to hit home to turn it on and then re-select Sprectum TV app to resume watching.  I can't find any sleep timer anywhere.

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Select Time.
    5. Select Sleep timer.
    6. Choose a time interval (30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, 3 hours)
