Roku stuck on a bouncing logo screen
Settings is impossible to reach for me because I never get to the home screen. It's just the bouncing Roku letters and reset button doesn't help.

Can you also try connecting a new high-speed HDMI cable to your Roku device?

I am having the same issue roku stuck on loading screen I have tried all methods suggested and nothing has changed and you can’t even get into contact with support this is ridiculous I’ve been a member since 2019 and it used to be much easier
