I have tried everything and ever since a couple months ago my batteries are draining faster and faster now within 1 to 2 days. I have the enhanced remote how do I get help. I can use my phone as a remote but the remote should not do this. I have had this roku for almost a year now and this has never happened. My other rukus are working fine. What do I do?
I have this issue as well with the remote draining the batteries.

Roku Support: Please open case with tech team for a solution/replacement that doesn't drain the batteries.

I sent in everything, the stick was bought for me but I didn’t cut the Xfinity cord, I have now for 3 Roku, as I said in other post they ask me and had me do everything and after an hour they said oh your remote isn’t covered, nothing we can do, go buy the $30 plug in remote. Not an answer
