Roku streambox to LG tv fails to successfully complete setup

New LG 75” Tv and new Roku Streambox. Roku power light continually blinks orange color, never turns constant green.  Roku is connected via HDMI ACR port. I have confirmed the LG is compatible to Roku. Can never complete a successful setup.  Any suggestions or help will be appreciated.
