Roku stick, soundbar and splitter
Is is possible for me to have both roku stick and vizio soundbar. Plugged into a splitter. Have the splitter Plugged into the TV hdmi port 1 and have them both work? Audio and video? Or do I need a switch?

5mokestacks We need more information. Does the Vizio soundbar have HDMI inputs? Does your TV have an HDMI input labeled with HDMI ARC?
If the TV has at least two HDMI inputs one of which is ARC, you could connect the Roku stick to one HDMI on the TV. Then use the HDMI ARC (audio return channel) on the TV to connect to the Vizio soundbar using an HDMI cable.
The tv is a 09 dynex. It only has to 2 regular HDMI input ports. The soundbar is a vizio m series 2.1 all in one. It does have a HDMI arc port as well as a regular one.
