Roku stick not connecting + showing white light

I have done all the steps in all the support posts but my Roku still won’t turn on. It was fine last week, but now when I switch my tv source to the it shows a “no signal” sign. The roku stick has a white light that’s on and the remote blinks green when I try to use it. Is there a fix for this? It’s a 3600x model. Thanks
