Roku remote up button is working as enter key
Everything on the remote works fine but when we push the up arrow, it works as the enter "ok" button. Can't scroll up

Perhaps the problem is not with the remote but with the Roku's response to the remote.
Have you tried pulling the Roku's power plug for a minute or two then plugging it back in?
