Roku remote substitute needed

Hello! I own three Roku systems(Ultra and two 4K Sticks) for three smart led tv’s in my home. The issue I have with all three is constantly the remote. I don’t believe these handsets are good quality. Is there a better third party remote that does everything the Roku remote does but does better/consistantly? Thanks!

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community, adiaz7531!

We are grateful for your feedback regarding the Roku remotes. Rest assured that we would be more than happy to assist you with any issues you're currently experiencing with them.

Kindly provide us with more information about this so we can properly assess your concern and find you the best and most accurate resolution.

In the meantime, you may install the Roku mobile app as an alternative to your physical remote. This app is a free application for iOS® and Android™ devices that turns your mobile device into the ultimate streaming companion and has a Headphones Mode (private listening) feature.

We'll be looking forward to your response!

    Best regards,
    Carly

First off sorry for posting this reply here so late. I initially replied to your email notification but after not hearing back I decided to check here.

The main issue I’m experiencing with my Roku remote is the “right” selection button up in the blue area next to “OK”. The button requires a strong push to work but even then it only works half of the time. The other buttons are fine. I’ve checked the batteries and they are fine/new.

How can I get this fixed/replaced? Thanks in advance!

There currently no aftermarket remotes that will replace the Wifi remote needed with Roku Sticks. The ultra can be controlled via IR by many aftermarket remotes.

Keys give way from constant use, even $500 universal remotes have this problem. Replace the remote.
