Roku remote on/off volume stopped working with Vizio TV

My Roku remote on my Vizio stopped working a few months ago! On/off and volume doesn’t work, just home buttons! I have tried resetting my remote and pairing it back with my Vizio doing the music playing thing, still nothing! It has latest software update, still nothing! After scrolling through things it looks like a very common problem with no solution! Should I just junk the system?? My fire stick works great

      You could try Goldstar or LG tv codes they use the same IR code as Vizio.

      Remember when programming the remote for your tv it now asks if the music is still playing, which you would answer YES to get it to try another code, not NO like it use too.
