Roku remote buttons response issue

Hello,

I have the Roku streaming stick 4K. 
I have never had problems with it.

Today, the remote will turn on the TV, that’s all it does. It doesn’t go to the Home Screen and none of the buttons work.

I have unplugged the stick and plugged it back in, tried to re-pair the Roku. Changed the batteries, nothing is working.

Thanks for any suggestions!

    It looks like your Roku Streaming Stick remote is experiencing a button response issue. Thanks for giving a few fixes a try.

    Consider trying these steps: Restart the remote

    1. Remove both batteries
    2. Press any two buttons
    3. Reinsert batteries (negative end first)

    Once done, re-pair the Roku remote to your Roku device.
