Roku remote button not working
I’m having the same issues and the steps that are required to do still do not work. The volume going down and mute does not work but the volume can go up..
this is very flustering

It seems that some buttons on your Roku remote are not working. We’d like to assist you with this issue. Please follow these steps:
- Change the batteries in your remote.
- Reboot your Roku device by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System Restart > Restart.
- Reset and re-pair your remote with your Roku device.
