Roku remote broke, replacements won't work
Hello, I bought a Roku TV in 2020. The model number is RTR4360-B-US. The remote that came with it recently broke, and replacement remotes won't work with the TV. I had previously been using the app, but after factory resetting the TV to sell it, neither the app nor any remotes will work. What would the issue be?
