ROKU PLUS LCD TV 65" screen

I have a 3 month old ROKU PLUS TV LCD 65" model 65R6A5X.

The TV screen is black. 

I have tried all recommended solutions:  unplug and wait, restart button, recharge remote, hit various remote buttons multiple times.

No light indicator on front bottom. No screen activity. No signs of life or the thought of rebooting. I even tried the backlight task.

This is an expensive three month purchase for a rarely used location in the house.

Anymore suggestions or replacement options?

    • Is your TV currently powered on and connected directly to a wall outlet?
    • Is this the first time you have experienced this issue?
    • Have you tried hard resetting the TV by hitting the reset button for at least 10 seconds at the back of the Roku TV?
