ROKU not recognizing my RCA TV

Thank you for your first post here in the Roku Community!

We will be more than happy to assist you further with this issue you had with the Roku streaming stick since it was not able to recognize your RCA TV. Try using the Input button on the factory TV remote and making sure the TV is on the correct Input. If that does not work, shut the TV off, plug the Roku into a different HDMI port, and then turn it on and change the Input.

TV33 If you are indicating that the Roku Streaming Stick 4k works but the remote will not recognize your RCA TV try JVC or Philips
