Did you ever find a solution? I have an iPhone 14 as well and currently dealing with the same thing. I’ve tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone and Roku. Nothing is working

Have you tried checking if there's an available version of it on the app store and updating the app to see if that fixes it?
