Status Update: We believe the absence of the power button in the Roku Mobile app is intentional.
The app has never displayed a power button for any Roku Player on iOS. Some Android devices may still show the power button, which appears to be a glitch in the app.

That doesn't make any sense to have a capability for years and have it removed and excused as a glitch. If its a glitch that provided benefit to users as clearly mentioned it should be rectified immediately.
