This is getting frustrating that we are not being listened to...again, I have tried everything suggested, plus some and I do not have power button. I still do have volumes and mute. The app is updated because I just re downloaded it today. Since our ROKU speaker seems to be cutting in and out today, maybe we need to purchase new streaming device...but this will need researched now with this many ROKU company issues on their end. We had a good ride though, since 2014.
